The Termogea Smart Multi-Building utilizes innovative digital technologies based on Cloud to enhance the efficiency of temperature regulation, water/energy metering, remote meter reading, consumption cost allocation, administration, and maintenance. The Cloud System allows tenants to remotely manage the temperature regulation of their apartments to prevent energy waste. A key aspect is the direct communication between the control units present in the apartments and the unit that controls the thermal power plant. The Smart Building is a system for the complete remote management of centralized systems, with distribution through radiant floor/ceiling, fan coils, or radiators. The system is suitable for installations powered by heat pumps or traditional boilers.

DIRECT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN APARTMENT AND THERMAL POWER PLANT

SWITCH-ON ON REQUEST
The system activates the Thermal power plant only when there is a request from the apartments. In this way, it is possible to reduce consumption costs.
CENTRALIZED SEASON CHANGE
The kit also allows for synchronized seasonal changes between the Thermal power plant and all apartments.
CENTRALIZED PRE-IGNITION
The ALL-ON function allows all heads in the apartments to be opened for pre-ignition of the system.

THE PLUG & PLAY CONTROL UNIT
The Smart Compact and Smart Central control units are connected to Minitouch thermostats or temperature and humidity probes. Both control units have integrated software that immediately identifies the number and type of probes/thermostats used when the system is switched on. No design and configuration is required.
METERING AND ALLOCATION OF CONSUMPTION

The Termogea Smart Hub control unit located in the thermal power plant allows the metering of thermal energy, hot/cold domestic water and the distribution of consumption among the tenants.
Consumption measurement occurs both at the level of each apartment and at a general level for quantifying losses. Therefore, we have satellite modules dedicated to measuring the consumption of the apartments and thermal energy meters located in the thermal power plant. The TSH Control Unit receives the overall consumption data and calculates the distribution among the tenants.
The building administrator can allocate consumption regardless of the type of energy meters. Measurement service providers are no longer required to adhere to strict time intervals for meter readings. Consumption data and cost allocations can be recorded at any time and exported in the preferred format. Files containing consumption allocation data are provided in REP format. On the apartment side, each tenant can view their own consumption.
REMOTE MANAGEMENT OF THE SYSTEM
CLIMATE CONTROL, ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE
The Termogea Smart Hub, Smart Central, and Smart Compact control units come with an integrated gateway for internet connection to the Termogea Cloud. They are therefore designed for remote connection to the system.
Cloud access has different levels of authorization for the building administrator, maintenance technician and the residents. The administrator and maintenance technician can intervene remotely for checks and maintenance tasks. Residents can control the temperature from their smartphones using the Termogea APP to read, modify, and set the temperature in different zones.
Remotely, you can view the following information
Thermal energy consumption for Domestic Hot Water (DHW), heating, and cooling.
Consumption of hot and cold water.
Historical thermal energy consumption.
Historical consumption and production of electricity.
Comparison with the consumption of the previous period.
Management of meter registration.
Data export on consumption in the most requested formats.
